Long gone are the days when we had to wait for a special occasion to open a bottle of bubbly. And thank goodness for that! Today, it is common practice to have a cold bottle ready and to rather than waiting for a reason, just pop that cork and create the celebration. It is such a fun sentiment and if we could get our way, we would be popping corks and putting ourselves in a celebratory mood, morning, noon and night! But....
